I’ve always been a pretty active person growing up as a child. In high school ran track briefly and was a part of the cheerleading team. My group fitness / Bootcamp instructing career kicked off in 2012 after having my first child. Suffering from Post- partum depression and the feeling of not “letting myself go” lead me to the gym. At the time, the gym was a place for me to feel free. I’d visit the gym three to four times per week, and would see results, which then push me to go harder.  Gradually working out became a part of my lifestyle, it’s now something I can’t live without.

I love fitness so much that I became certified Group Fitness / Bootcamp Instructor. I took a leap of faith, and started my own fitness business called “P’fitness Bootcamp” in 2013 and I haven’t looked back since. I currently run a elderly fitness class, called “Silver Sneaker”, Group Fitness class held at Hawthorne at Sugarloaf Apartment Homes, and Personal Training. My hopes for anyone who trains with me, or attend my classes, is that they leave feeling stress free, powerful and successful. Have fun, vibe to my awesome playlist and just keep pushing forward.
